It was a Saturday evening 95 degrees and very humid, we called Gibbs at 8:30 pm, he was at our home within 30 minutes. Gibbs Glisson cleaned up the mess left behind by another HVAC company. He went above and behind to repair our A/C that was only 2 years old. The company that installed it refused to stand behind their product/warranty, and told us there was nothing that could be done other than replacing the unit and the A coil. Gibbs was able to fix the issue quickly and reasonably. We will need a new furnace soon, and will use him in the future.
